We would like to offer some turnkey homes as an option for you when you are looking to build a home. If you are tired of the same old plans that are available in town and want something with a little more style and curb appeal without breaking the bank then I believe you will find it here. We have taken some of the most popular features of our custom home designs and created some exciting floor plans. These plans are all single story ranch style on a concrete slab(post&pier is optional). They have a hip roof design for ease of maintenance and rain protection. Some of the features that stand out are Entry columns, arches throughout, crown moulding, display niches, and built in cabinetry.
